BC Métis Federation (BCMF) 2014 Annual General Meeting

KEYNOTE

David Doyle / Honore Jaxon II

A special keynote address will be provided by historian David Doyle. Mr. Doyle will address the history of the Métis in relation to the recent Government of Canada Citizenship and Immigration Survey that is provided misinformed education about Métis history as evident in the online survey.

 **ELECTION ANNOUNCEMENTS **

 Métis Dinner and Cultural Celebration 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Dinner will be provided for attendees followed by Métis entertainment and cultural celebration.

BC Métis Federation has made arrangements with Métis musician JJ Lavallee to headline the evening celebration. Additional performances will be provided by Métis Fiddler Rene Therrien as well as Arnold and Wayne Lucier. This promises to be an evening of fun for the family and we encourage and welcome all Métis and friend of the Métis to attend.
